Facialist / Aesthetician Job Description

• Facialist / Aesthetician candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Personal Services, Facialist, Aesthetician or Equivalent.
• Required languages(s): Filipino and English
• At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office
• Applicants must be willing to work in Southwoods City in Biñan, Laguna
• Applicants must be willing to undergo additional training as Aesthetician / Facialist

Job Summary:

The aesthetician will be responsible for  performing a variety of facial techniques and practices to increase, improve, or maintain the healthy appearance of the skin. Techniques such as cleaning, facials, and other face treatments utilizing the best products and machines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Face procedures and services as requested by the patient, following personalized guidelines and protocols as suited for the client’s skin condition.
• Room/area sanitation, preparation of machines and medications to be used during procedures, focused assistance during the procedure, and proper disposal post procedure.
• Proper Patient scheduling.
• Preparation of Charge Slips, ensuring accuracy and completeness after each procedure.
• Ensures Product and Machine inventory, taking note of Lot numbers and expiration dates, alerting the doctor when reordering is needed.
• Establishing proper patient rapport, using professional bedside manner, language and decorum.
• Taking care of all equipment and machines, ensuring maintenance, proper use and care.
• Giving proper instructions to patients as needed, explaining prescriptions or post procedure instructions.
• Proper endorsement to in house Dermatologist Doctor for high quality patient care and attention to detail.
• Updates patient charts for the day, making sure that everything is well documented and is in order
• Reception duty
  • answering phone calls
  • entertaining new and old patients coming into the clinic
  • Patient scheduling on our system
• Asks questions when in doubt and whenever needed.

Job Requirements:

• Undergrad or any bachelor’s degree is an advantage (but not required)
• High school graduates may also apply
• Experience as an Aesthetician/ Facialist an advantage
